Twitch Global Emote

BigBrother is an old global emote; its low ID suggests it was added around 2013, though the earliest clear use found is from August 2014 ('AHAHAHH good one Kappa BigBrother'). Twitch never announced it, and nobody has said whose face it shows. The name matches the 'Big Brother is watching' of Orwell's 1984, but that reading was never confirmed.

It stayed fairly obscure: one viewer called it the 'worst thing that happened to Twitch since @Haviktrocity found the BigBrother emote' in December 2014. In 2016 League of Legends chats used it for the streamer tyler1: 'Best part of LCS twitch chat is seeing the BigBrother emote in reference to @lol_tyler1'.
