Twitch Global Emote

DoritosChip appeared on 9 June 2016, the day Twitch launched a paid partnership with Doritos for E3 2016: 'Twitch Plays @Doritos #MixArcade June 9th-16th from 2-6PM PT!' The #MixArcade was a six-story gaming and music venue Doritos built at E3. Twitch streamed it all week on twitch.tv/doritos, from a viewer-controlled claw machine to concerts with Steve Aoki and Big Boi.

Neither Twitch nor Doritos ever named the emote in their posts, but the timing makes the link clear. The campaign ran for only a week, yet the chip never left: it is still a global emote today.
