Twitch Global Emote

HotPokket shows Pokket, one of TwitchTV's early broadcasters, and the name is a pun on her handle. Twitch has promoted her streams since 2012, from a 'special RaiderZ event' that November to 'Darth @Pokketsays is broadcasting @SWTOR in honor of Star Wars day!' (2015), and it named her among 'our favorite badass lady streamers' for International Women's Day 2017.

At TwitchCon 2017 she had her own spotlight, 'The Spice of Life'. TwitchCon introduced her as 'a rare Twitch streamer who somehow does it all, and, more impressively, does it all with style'. How Twitch came to pick her face for a global emote has never been explained.
