Twitch Global Emote

PMSTwin is one of the oldest emotes and was in use by April 2012. Chat ties it to the PMS Clan, the women's gaming organization, and its founder Amber Dalton (@AthenaTwinPMS), whose X bio reads 'Founder @PMSClan | Old Skool @Twitch'. Fans addressed Amber Dalton with the code ('why cant i vote for twitch employees?! aka PMSTwin'), and the name matches the 'AthenaTwin' handle. But neither Amber Dalton, PMS Clan nor Twitch ever confirmed who it shows.

In chat it has mostly been a general reaction face, often paired with Kappa for teasing ('#PMSTwin #Kappa'). It had a cult following ('Reminder that PMSTwin is the best emote on twitch', 2014) and was a staple of Twitch Plays Pokémon chat.
