Twitch Global Emote

RlyTho is one of three global emotes that won Twitch's #CrownMe contest for Twitch Prime: 'Introducing 3 new global emotes, & 3 new emotes just for #TwitchPrime members: the winners of the #CrownMe contest!' (16 December 2016). It is the face of Zayvier, a streamer and singer/rapper whose X bio reads 'Face of the Global emote RlyTho @twitch'. Two days later Zayvier posted 'I AM RlyTho #TWITCH #CROWNME THANK YOU ALL FOR THE LOVE AND SUPPORT TODAY' and held a 'RlyTho Global Emote CELEBRATION' stream. A friend said it was a look Zayvier 'used to throw … at me IRL all the time'. In 2017 Zayvier posted 'RlyTho and dansgame finally meet @Dansgaming'.

The name reads 'really though?', and chat uses it the same way: a skeptical side-eye at a dubious claim or an obvious brag, or just 'RlyTho ?'.
