Twitch Global Emote

ShadyLulu takes its name from Lulu, the yordle sorceress of League of Legends, though neither Twitch nor Riot ever explained the emote. It was in chat by August 2015 ('But remember everybody it's ShadyLulu now'). The 'shady' half carries the meaning: chat uses it for something suspicious, sneaky or sus, a sly side-eye at a dubious claim or play.

The code has a second life outside chat. Twitch builds auto-generated clip names from emote words, so 'ShadyLulu' turns up in clip URLs and titles. One viewer noted a clip 'has "ShadyLulu" in the url and I've never seen you more called out', and others quoted names like 'sleepy agitated shark shady lulu'.
