Twitch Global Emote

SmoocherZ is the emote for sending a kiss. It appeared on 14 March 2016 without an announcement ('new @Twitch emote #SmoocherZ', 'NEW TWITCH FACE #SmoocherZ'). The name is playful slang for 'smooches' that people used long before ('big smoocherz!! 😘', 2013). Who it shows or who drew it was never stated; launch-day viewers jokingly tagged StarCraft caster Daniel Fenner ('Did @Twitch add an emote after you ?'), but that was just a lookalike joke.

Not everyone got it at first ('SmoocherZ, on the other hand, I have NO idea what that's even used for'), but chat soon used it for blowing kisses, flirting and warm goodbyes: 'SmoocherZ!! Time to game!! 💗💗'. One mock 'Twitch Wedding' written in emotes ends 'You may Smoocherz!'.
