Context

At TwitchCon Las Vegas on 20 October 2023, Twitch announced that @extraemilyy's design was the official TwitchCon emote and would be a global emote 'for an entire year'.

The tweet doesn't name the emote, so linking it to TwitchConHYPE is an inference from timing and naming.
