This badge had a chance of being rewarded when opening a Twitch Crate. Twitch Crates were earned by spending $4.99 or more on games or in-game items on the Twitch game store, which operated between spring 2017 and November 2018, and contained randomly generated rewards such as emotes, chat badges and Bits.
It is a higher-tier version of the 60 Seconds! badge that was granted for purchasing the game directly. The badge is no longer obtainable since Twitch shut down its game store in November 2018.
