Twitch Global Badge

This badge is earned by cheering with Bits, a virtual good bought on Twitch that is spent in chat to support streamers. Cheer Chat Badges are awarded per channel based on the cumulative number of Bits cheered there, and this version is the first tier, unlocked after cheering a total of at least 1 Bit in a channel. Higher tiers of the badge are unlocked at larger cumulative amounts (100, 1,000, 5,000 and beyond), and the badge is displayed only in the channel where the Bits were cheered.

Cheering launched in beta on June 27, 2016 in a limited set of participating partner channels before rolling out platform-wide, and it remains an ongoing feature, so this badge can still be earned today.
