This badge is awarded to the first 10 Prime or paid subscribers of an Affiliate channel and the first 25 Prime or paid subscribers of a Partner channel. It replaces the regular subscriber badge in that channel's chat, though channel owners can disable it in their settings. Subscribers who received a gifted sub are not eligible for the badge.
It was introduced in October 2019 to let a channel's founding subscribers show off their status.
