This badge was awarded between September 24 (12:00 UTC) and October 10 (11:59 UTC) to people who watched 1 hour of channels streaming in the PAYDAY 3 category with drops enabled.
It was added for PAYDAY 3's third anniversary as part of the September Update, which makes all paid heists free for every player and adds a rewritten Campaign Mode, Weapon Perks, and a Shooting Range.
