This badge is displayed by the current conductors of a channel's most recent Hype Train, awarded to the top contributors of Bits and subscriptions during that Hype Train. The badge is temporary: once a newer Hype Train completes on the channel and new conductors are crowned, it is replaced by the permanent "Former Hype Train Conductor" badge.

Conductor badges were introduced by Twitch in February 2020, shortly after the launch of the Hype Train feature, as a thank-you for keeping the Train on track.
