It was part of the game's 4th anniversary Twitch Drops campaign, in which the badge was presented as an exclusive Mokoko Badge for Twitch chat. The same campaign also offered an in-game Argos Skin and Pet Selection Chest: Kakul Saydon for subscribing 2 regular/gifted subscriptions to channels streaming the category; free subscriptions, including through Amazon Prime, did not count toward that drop.
