This badge was awarded to people who purchased the Overwatch League All-Access Pass 2019 on Twitch, a $14.99 pass for the 2019 season of the Overwatch League, the professional esports league for Overwatch. The pass went on sale on January 31 and was removed from sale on October 14. It included ad-free viewing on all Overwatch League channels, the Command Center multi-view player, passholder-only chat, 200 Overwatch League Tokens, a merchandise discount, three team-themed emotes and two exclusive global chat badges, of which this is one. Passholders kept the badges they unlocked even after the pass was discontinued.
