This badge was awarded to people who attended TwitchCon Amsterdam, held on July 16 and July 17 at the RAI Amsterdam convention centre in the Netherlands. Attendees registered through the official TwitchCon website and picked up an event badge on site that was bound to their Twitch account, which granted the chat badge.
It was the first in-person TwitchCon since 2019, after the 2020 and 2021 events were cancelled, and the first of two TwitchCons held that year, followed by TwitchCon San Diego from October 7 to October 9.
